Members will not be able to downgrade on request at renewal time. Membership Renewals Members will be forwarded a Renewal Notice for their existing type of membership in November of each year. Members must pay in full by 18 January to guarantee their membership for the following season. Members have the opportunity to purchase a season car park permit on the renewal form. Those wishing to secure a season car park should renew as soon as possible as permits are limited and are only issued on a first come first served basis. Membership cards are posted to the member approximately 1 week after payment in full has been received.
