Come and Try sessions include learning the fundamentals of kicking, handballing and game sense in a fun and welcoming environment. Depending on age, some participants will have the opportunity to give tackling a go.

All you need to bring is:
• Sneakers
• A hat
• A drink bottle
• A positive attitude!
