JARMAN'S FUTURE HANGS IN THE BALANCE

Andrew Jarman's future as North Adelaide coach hangs in the balance The Roosters' passionate mentor will sit down with the club's board this evening to decide whether he will continue at Prospect next season.

North president Bohdan Jaworskyj and his board sat for five hours last night to discuss a major club restructure after hearing Jarman's review of season 2008.

The 42-year-old – recently linked with a move to AFL club Fremantle as an assistant coach – will need to conform to the club's impending restructure if he is to remain at Menzies Crescent.

"There's been nothing made final at this moment," Jaworskyj said.

"It will be finalised in the next 24 hours. It's not just one way the whole situation is a combination of both parties, it's not his decision entirely.

"It's a matter of us putting our structures forward and working forward from that."

After his side demolished West Adelaide by 66 points in the final minor round match of the season on Sunday, Jarman signalled his intention to remain at Prospect.

"I think there's unfinished business at this footy club," Jarman said in The Advertiser on Monday.

"We've got a lot of hard work and a fight on our hands and I'm not one that likes to leave unless that's been completed. The mission's not finished yet. At this stage my heart and my head says maybe I've got to keep sticking around for these blokes because we're not far off."
