WAUGH IN THE WEST
 To celebrate the opening of the new St Clair Oval on 15th February, come and watch the Woodville District Cricket Club take on Steve Waugh and the reigning SANFL premiers, the Woodville West Torrens Football Club (Eagles).
The All Star Twenty20 Cricket match will include past and present cricket and football players including Steve Waugh, Wayne Phillips, Trent Hentschel, Luke Powell, Bernie Vince, Jared Petrenko (Eagles / Adelaide Crows), Tim Nielsen (former Australian coach and Redback) and other local sports stars.
Action starts at 4.30pm, ready for the coin toss at 5pm. Bring your picnic and chair, and get ready for Waugh in the West!
Come n’ try the Community Sports Participation events that will also be held on the evening, with:
- Vipers Soccer Club
- Western Magic Basketball Club
- Woodville South Junior Football Club
