About us
The South Australian National Football League (SANFL) is the governing body of Australian Rules Football in South Australia. The SANFL has an affiliated agreement with the AFL and owns the sub-licenses to; the Adelaide Football Club and Port Adelaide Football Club.
The SANFL’s directors appoint the South Australian Football Commission who manage and control the SANFL competition and AAMI Stadium. The SANFL competition comprises of 9 league clubs namely; Central District Football Club, Glenelg Football Club, North Adelaide Football Club, Norwood Football Club, Port Adelaide Magpies Football Club, South Adelaide Football Club, Sturt Football Club, West Adelaide Football Club and Woodville-West Torrens Football Club.
